It costs $245 to submit your site to The Webby's "The Internet's Highest Honor"
under the category of Best Fan/Celebrity Website

Now, here's the description for that category:
Sites focused on celebrating, promoting or honoring celebrities, personalities, bands, athletes, movie actors, or other people of note.

So, while this might be a cool fan site, I'm competing with actual celebrity's websites and websites for celebrities of all kinds. I don't think it's worth paying THAT MUCH to compete with that many websites. Oh well.

Well, I think it would come down to:

Can we vote multiple times if HITS is a candidate?

Because if we can, we might have a shot.

Eh. Doubt it. Besides, I always thought it was the people who worked at The Webbys who made the decisions anyway, but I could be wrong.
