a quick whois check confirms that it was tally hall who made the website.

(link edited out by administrator)

anyways, it's registered to ross (i believe, the whois is not working at my school) and the corp is "tally hall llc" (i think).

raaaaaaaaa first hits post.

Ah-ha! So he's not "just a drummer!"

Anyone else find it strange that it's registered to Ross with Zubin's email address?
I mean, unless Ross's email address is ####### ...

Wow. What a mystery! Look, I don't know about you guys, Tally Hall has done some pretty creative things in the past few months. But why are there NO shows posted at all on their site? If they're trying to be a band, shouldn't they get out there? Especially if, as rumored, they live in Brooklyn? They're playing fewer shows than a bad indie band!

Am I the only one a little miffed about this? Maybe its just because I live in New York now and wanted to see a bit more of the band...but maybe TH is just evolving into something more complex.

I can totally understand your frustration, particularly with them living close to you and not playing shows. Remember, though that they have been touring for 3 years with little breaks here and there. If you haven't read yet, you will be pleased to know they are close to begin working on the next album which this break from shows is allowing for. :)

Remember when they were like "we've got this huge promotional push coming up!"
was that just craig? or the internet show? or is there more stuff coming up?

They were in the news a fair amount. But I'm assuming the "push" is over with, which is disappointing but I get the impression nothing went right in terms of preparing for the release of all this. I feel so bad for them and I hope everything goes well for the new projects.

It had to be more the just Craig, but it seems unlikely that theres any more stuff. Was this bad timing caused by the delay of T.H.I.S?

Interesting new little tidbit added to the guest book of the site, made me laugh at least:

Name Jordan Wallace
Date 2008-10-28
Location click picture for more information
Message As many of you may know, our site has apparently been hijacked recently by a pop band. None of us are quite sure what they're doing or why they picked us of all people, but please don't encourage them or even acknowledge them. Their music is awful, their videos are awful, and they are NOT TO BE TRUSTED. They appear to be working contrary to the principles of NOW. We will not be mocked, and we will prevail. Be strong brothers and sisters!

Coincidence? Or does anyone else get the feeling that this "Jordan Wallace" fellow is watching us?

Maybe I'm just paranoid... :?

Haha, well don't be too surprised if Tally Hall (or people that know them) leave us little things here and there...they like to communicate to us TallyHallics sometimes. :)

And if that wasn't really Ross, then...well... :(
