Five Little Monkeys is a song sung by Rob Cantor. It is simply a fancier rendition of the nursery rhyme "Five Little Monkeys" in which five little monkeys are jumping on a bed, one jumps off and probably gets a concussion. Then, the mother calls a doctor, who gives her very strong common sense, which she proceeds to not follow, until all of her children need immediate medical attention.

Song Meanings[edit]

It is not a very wise decision to let primates into the premises of your home, if you are not comfortable with speaking to doctors and/or ASPCA members that may show up at your door.

Trivia[edit]

  • There are five monkeys in this song
  • This doctor isn't very sound with making sure his patients follow through
  • The mother featured is very irresponsible, making us wonder how she even got monkeys in the first place.

Lyrics[edit]

Five little monkeys jumping on the bed
One fell off and bumped his head
Mama called the doctor
And the doctor said
No more monkeys jumping on the bed
Four little monkeys jumping on the bed
One fell off and bumped his head
Mama called the doctor
And the doctor said,
No more monkeys jumping on the bed
Three little monkeys jumping on the bed
One fell off and bumped his head
Mama called the doctor
And the doctor said,
No more monkeys jumping on the bed
Two little monkeys jumping on the bed
One fell off and bumped his head
Mama called the doctor
And the doctor said,
No more monkeys jumping on the bed
One little monkey jumping on the bed
One fell off and bumped his head
Mama called the doctor
And the doctor said,
Put those monkeys right to bed
