Hawaii Partii is a collection of 8-bit style songs by ミラクルミュージカル based on the album Hawaii: Part II. It was released on bandcamp on December 31st, 2015.[1] It was originally released at Hawaiipartiipartii.bandcamp.com, but has since been moved to miraclemusical.bandcamp.com[2][3]
Hawaii Part II : Chiptunes
In 2014, A selection of mp3 chiptunes were included in the download for the video game 'Labyrinth', which is based on the ミラクルミュージカル song of the same name. This selection of tracks is referred to as Hawaii Part II : Chiptunes and acts as an early version of Hawaii Partii.
The tracklisting for Hawaii Part II : Chiptunes is as follows:
1. Dream Sweet in Sea Major
2. Murderers
3. Stranded Lullaby
4. White Ball
5. 宇宙ステーションのレベル7
All of these tracks are identical to the ones that made it to the Hawaii Partii release.
Promotion
On January 9th, 2016 an email was sent out to those who were subscribed to the ミラクルミュージカル mailing list which had the header: "HAWAII PARTII" – THOU ART INVIT'D. The email contained only a picture of the album cover, which hyperlinked to the bandcamp page.
The ミラクルミュージカル facebook page commemorated Valentine's Day, 2018 by posting about the 8-bit version of White Ball, featured on the album.[4]
