- The following details are still unknown (and Id love to know): (1) Who specifically wrote the song -- (2) Who approached Tally Hall to write the song -- (3) How they knew of Nellie prior and why they decided to make it collaborative. - is since been answered that it was a collaborative effort writing the music between most of the band members. Not clear on the lyrics, but I think that was mainly Nellie and Rob.
