The Kazoo Song was a song written by Joe Hawley and performed by Tally Hall at a few shows in April 2006.
Background
The Kazoo Song was written and demoed by Joe Hawley at some point in late 2005 or early 2006. This demo sent to Drew Mokris, who animated the music video for Turn The Lights Off, which had the title "1 N 1 S 2".[1]
The kazoo was the main instrument used in lieu of vocals, except for Andrew who sung a little through a vocal processor. Lyrics are unknown, although Bora Karaca has commented that there were no real lyrics at all, and that Andrew was speaking gibberish, mumbling, or speaking nonsense.
